How long does my order take to ship?
Orders take 3 to 5 business days to ship. Once shipped order arrival will depend on destination in addition to shipping choice. We offer USPS ground, USPS priority, Fed Ex ground, and Fed Ex 2day.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to U.S. Territories either. We currently ship within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight and dimensions of items in an order as well as destination.
Special packaging or delivery requests
We offer gift wrap for every product as an add on at an additional cost, once added you will be able to include any other requests or notes during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. If you’re unsure of a special request please reach out to us through our chat, which is available during business hours.

What is your return policy?
Returns must be submitted through our contact page which is linked at the bottom of our website. Please include an order number along with any contact information and details of the return/refund request. Return or refund requests must be submitted no more than 30 days after purchase. You may utilize our website chat which is available during business hours if you have any questions regarding our return policy.
Special Circumstances
If a product arrives damaged due to handling, ex. broken candle vessel, a refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent out. Items that are labeled with a melt warning such as balms etc. will not be refunded if “insulated packaging” is not chosen at checkout. Unfortunately products made with natural waxes and butters are subject to melting particularly in the warmer months. To avoid this please select, “insulated packaging” at checkout for an additional cost. If you do not purchase insulated packaging and any items do melt place in the fridge temporarily and they will reconstitute.
